You may qualify…If you:

  1. are a first time home buyer
  2. haven’t owned a home for at least 3 years
  3. attend a FREE, Washington State Housing Finance Commission sponsored Homebuyer class.

Take the class and receive a certificate that is good for 2 years to use to get the grant. 

 

The good new is…there is a class in Bothell this Sunday February 8th and again on March 22, from 1:00 to 6:30. At Keller Williams Realty in Bothell at 22614 Bothell-Everett Highway , Bothell , WA 98021.
